”Ever since Just Massage decided to move sticks over to the far end of town on Au Co, there has been a serious lack of a decent, reliable and clean massage place near my neck of the woods. I found this place by sheer luck one evening as it is located on Ngo Nui Truc in a very quiet unassuming part of town. One would never know of its existence without being taken there or coming upon it by chance. On the outside, it looks like it is really expensive and equally so on the inside.
They offer a range of different massages including saunas and a steam room that I did not try. The cost is the most surprising thing of all – 200kVND for a 1 hour Swedish massage. You can buy a 10 visit card too for 1.7 million VND which makes for a great bargain though the only caveat is that you only get 2 months to use it. So if you are a serial massage person like me, then the card is a great way to go.
I have tried the hot stones and was somewhat unimpressed compared to Yakushi but the Swedish massage has been AMAZING every time I have been there. They are really great therapists and will ask if it is hard enough (though you will need some Vietnamese for that). You will be impressed with the attention to detail from the embroidered clothing they give you prior to massage, a private locker and of course you can have a shower when you are finished.
You can also pay a little extra for the sauna or steam room usage each time you go and they are always very happy to keep you in constant supply of tea and water. Apparently, they do yoga there as well and you can actually eat lunch there too but my Vietnamese is not quite good enough to fully substantiate that.
If you give this place a try, you will certainly not be disappointed. A premium massage at an exceptionally reasonable price.”
”its been a while since someone’s written on this place, so i’ll give it a go. honestly, the massage was amazing. it was in a really central, quiet (oddly enough) location, the staff were good, though their english wasn’t perfect (whatever, not that big of a deal). they give you a change of clothes, set you in a nice room, nice bed, and just great swedish massage. after, you get some fruity red juice, a cup of yoghurt, and some hot tea. 1 hour and the aforementioned 250.000 VND. welllll worth it, will be back again.”
