Mô tả: Now open is the amazing Zenith Café and Yoga Studio located at 16 Duong Thanh, Hoam Kiem. The café has been born out of our passion to extend our yoga practice beyond our mats and into the choices we make with our food.
We serve nourishing and delicious juices, smoothies, (no extra sugar added), salads, soups, and sandwiches, all completely homemade, all vegetarian with vegan, gluten-free and raw food options available. The café uses only local, organic, fresh, real foods (no additives, msg or genetically modified food) and supports our local farmers as much as possible.
All produce is washed with ozone, the same ozone gas that is generated in the Earth’s stratosphere when the sun’s rays first encounter the oxygen that make up our atmosphere. This itself is a very strong oxidising agent, and this oxidising power makes it a very strong disinfectant, perfect at making sure all of our food is free from harmful micro-organisms and any unwanted chemicals that may exist. On top of this our food is baked not fried to ensure maximum flavor with minimal use of oil; olive and coconut oil are our fond substitutes.
The café is an environment of mindfulness to awaken our hearts for health-enhancing, mother-earth friendly food choices. It is our way of contributing to and supporting the food revolution for a sustainable and nourishing future.
Zenith Cafe is an amazing place to hang out in a heart warming, friendly, energizing atmosphere, maybe having a smoothie, a cappuccino, a light meal and making new friends. We hope to see you there.
